Combined Civil Services  Examination (Group – II & IIA Services) -2022:

 

Certificate verification for Main Written Examination

 

Combined Civil Service Examination –II (Group-II & IIA)(Notification No. 03/2022 dated 23.02.2022) prelims  result  released by TNPSC. Candidates can check their result from the official website of Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission i.e. tnpsc.gov.in.

The candidates who have been admitted provisionally for the Main Written Examination / onscreen certificate verification to the posts included in Combined Civil Service Examination –II (Group-II & IIA)  are directed to upload the scanned original certificates from 17.11.2022 to 16.12.2022 through the listed e-Seva centres of TACTV on working days. 

Important points to be followed during Uploading of documents:

 

The candidate who have been selected for Main Written Examination vide publication list dated:08.11.2022 have to pay Rs.150/- (Rupees one hundred fifty only) towards the examination fee unless exemption of fee is claimed.

The Main Written Examination fee have to be paid on or before 15.12.2022 upto 11.59 PM through online mode by logging into his/her OTR account, offline mode of payment in the form of Demand Draft/IPO etc., will not be accepted.

He/She is further directed to upload all the scanned soft copy of original documents for Certificate Verification, to verify the genuineness of all the claims made by him/her in the online application as per the Instructions to Applicants available in the Commission’s Website through any of the e-Seva centres run by TACTV during their official working hours from 17.11.2022 to 16.12.2022 (5.45pm)

Instructions for uploading of documents / certificates:

 

·        Must link his/her Aadhaar details with his/her OTR Account.

·        Ensure and verify that each and every certificate / document is in PDF Format and the file size of each such certificate / document is between 300 KB and 500 KB with a resolution of 200 DPI.

·        Ensure that the documents / certificates in support of each and every claim in the online application have been uploaded as per the instructions in this memorandum by verifying the same in Acknowledgment given by e-Seva Centre for uploading the certificates or his/her OTR dashboard.

·        If it is noticed that any of the certificates pertaining to the claims have been wrongly uploaded or not uploaded, the same must be rectified by uploading the correct document / certificate within the stipulated time limit through e-Seva centres. v.Documents / certificates sent through post will not be accepted.

·        The details of documents / certificates required to be scanned and uploaded have been mentioned below against each of the claims of the online application:

·         If any variation in Name/Initial/Name Change/use of alias - Copy of Notification in Government Gazette/Court Order/Declaration has to be produced.

B

Gender

·         Recent passport size photograph.

·         Transfer Certificate / Community certificate.

·         In case of Transgender candidate, Identification Card only from Tamil Nadu Transgender Welfare Board specifically mentioning the gender (i.e. Transgender Male/Transgender Female/Transgender).

C

Date of Birth

·         S.S.L.C / H.S.C

·         UG / PG / IPG Degree mark sheets / Transfer Certificate / Birth Certificate, if the candidate’s Date of Birth is not mentioned in the S.S.L.C / H.S.C .

D

Communal Reservation Category

·         Community Certificate issued by the competent Revenue Authority as specified in the relevant paragraph of the “Instructions to Applicants”.

·         In case of Transgender Candidate claimed as MBC, Transgender Identification Card issued from Tamil Nadu Transgender Welfare Board. Transgender candidate declaring non possession of Community certificate will be considered under MBC Communal Category.

·         In case of married female candidates, Community Certificate with Husband name will not be accepted and his/her candidature is liable for rejection.

E

Religion

·         Community Certificate / Transfer Certificate

F

Educational, preferential & Technical Qualification should be as per Para 5(B) of the said notification
(Should possess the Prescribed Qualification as on 23.02.2022)

·         S S.L.C

·         H.S.C or its equivalent

·         U.G degree Certificate (or) Provisonal Certificate

·         B.L degree or provisional Certificate

·         P.G / I.P.G Degree or provisional Certificate

·         Certificate for preferential qualification (if claimed) and  Technical qualification

·         Equivalence of Educational Qualification: If he/she claims that his/her qualification is equivalent to the prescribed qualification, then he/she should upload the evidence for equivalence of qualification in the form of Government Order issued prior to the date of notification for this recruitment i.e., 23.02.2022, failing which his/her candidature will summarily be rejected.

G

Knowledge in Tamil

·         SSLC / HSC / UG Degree / PG Degree / Second Class Language Test (Full Test) in Tamil.

H

Differently Abled

1.     Certificate of Disability for claiming reservation under Differnely abled category obtained from the Medical Board, specifying type of disability and percentage of disability in the prescribed format as mentioned in the relevant paragraph of the “Instructions to Applicants”.

2.     Candidates claiming exemption from writing Tamil Eligibility Test should upload the Medical Certificate obtained from the competent Medical authority in prescribed format given in the appendix-I certificate regarding physical limitation in an examinee to write as per G.O (MS) No. 08 dated: 21.09.2021(enclosed with the memo)

I

Destitute Widow

·         Destitute Widow Certificate obtained from the Revenue Divisional Officer/ Assistant Collector or Sub Collector of the concerned District in the prescribed format as mentioned in “Instructions to Applicants”.

J

Ex-servicemen /
In-service Personnel

·         Bonafide certificate obtained from Ex-servicemen Welfare Board in the prescribed format as mentioned in “Instructions to Applicants”.

·         Pension Payment Order.

·         Discharge Certificate.

·         If still serving, Certificate from the commanding Officer mentioning the probable date of discharge and an undertaking from the candidate.

K

Employment Status

·         No Objection Certificate issued by the Head of the Department in prescribed format as mentioned in the “Instructions to Applicants” in respect of candidates who are in the service of the Indian Union or a State in India or in the employment of Local Bodies or Universities or Quasi Government Organizations or Public Sector Units constituted under the authority of the Government of India or of a State in India.

Details of Criminal cases / disciplinary action

·        In addition to the above mentioned documents in support of the claims in the online application, he/she should upload the scanned soft copy of Memorandum of Admission (Hall ticket) of the Preliminary Examination for the posts included in COMBINED CIVIL SERVICES  EXAMINATION (Group-II & IIA Services) which was held on 21.05.2022 FN.
